What is your Processing Time?

  • Orders for items that are purchased from the Country Bee Shop will ship in 2-4 business days
  • Custom Orders will vary depending on the size but typically take 2-3 weeks

If there is a specific date you need your order in hand, please notify me right away to ensure the deadline can be met. 

Can I provide my own items?

  • I recommend purchasing garments directly through me to ensure the best quality and results. However, you can provide your own items. Please note that all customer-supplied items must be new and clean. While I take great care with every order, there is always some risk when working on provided items, and I cannot guarantee the final outcome or replace items in the event of an error. Additionally, I’m unable to guarantee the quality or performance of materials not sourced through me

What is your Return Policy?

  • Because all orders are custom/made to order all sales are final. If there is an issue with your order, please reach out immediately so I can make things right for you.

Do you carry premade items?

  • No, every item is made to order. This allows me to carry a wide variety of blank items that can be customized quickly. If you have a particular item you are looking for contact me about a custom design. Typically I do not charge for custom designs, if there is a fee (most likely digitizing) it would be disclosed before an order is placed.

Is there a minimum order requirement?

  • Screenprinting is the only service that would have a minimum quantity of 15 items. These items can be mixed so it doesn't necessarily have to be 15 of the same thing. If you do not need 15 items I would be happy to discuss other options with you.

Do you charge a set up fee?

  • At this time, I do not charge set up fees. If your order is a small custom order that requires digitizing, there may be a fee which would be disclosed before the order has been finalized.

Who makes everything?

I do! Anything you order from me is made in my hive in Belle Plaine Minnesota, when you order from me you are supporting a true small business!
